The Communications Minister General (Ret.) Siphiwe Nyanda has appointed Lebusho Louis Moahlodi to the chairman position, which became vacant at the end of November. He was also appointed as a non-executive director.
Mr. Moahlodi is a businessman in his own right and has extensive experience in the public sector and understands issues around the digital divide and digital inclusively. His appointment is for a three-years, with effect from the beginning of this month. The post became vacant when former chairman Cassandra Gabriel's three-year term expired last month and she will be pursuing her studies and other business endeavours.
The Agency is looking forward to welcome the new Chair to the USAASA family.
